See your store through a first-time buyer’s eyes.
Show us your store. We’ll follow the journey a new customer takes, from first impression to product decision, and show you what’s helping, what’s getting in the way and where we’d start.
Your store is with us.
We’ll email to confirm we’ve received it and tell you when to expect your review. Then our team will follow the first-purchase journey and send three evidence-backed observations.
Three useful observations.
One clear place to begin.
A focused review of the journey a new customer sees, grounded in the pages we actually inspected.
What is already helping the sale

Keep and build on itWhere a buyer may hesitate
The clearest point where the store loses clarity, confidence or momentum.
Shown with visible evidenceThe first change we would make
One practical priority with a clear reason behind it, not a generic list of everything you could change.
A useful place to startA few useful
details.
Is this an automated scorecard?
No. A member of Howl’s ecommerce team reviews the visible journey and selects the three observations most useful to your next move.
What parts of the store will you review?
The first-purchase journey: usually the homepage, one representative collection page and one representative product page, on desktop and mobile where possible.
Will this work if we are not on Shopify?
Yes. We can review stores on WooCommerce, WordPress, custom platforms and businesses considering a move to Shopify.
What happens after I submit?
We’ll confirm your store has joined our review queue. A member of the Howl team will inspect it and send your review to the work email you provide within three working days.
