Growth Story

Rebuilding wholesale around the way buyers shop

The Vintage Wholesale Company sells graded vintage clothing to customers around the world. Every product drop is different, stock moves quickly and buyers may want to shop by category, purchase in bulk or visit the warehouse to choose stock in person.

The previous website and visual identity no longer reflected the quality or scale of the business. We evolved the brand and rebuilt the Shopify experience around clearer customer intentions. The homepage, campaign and collection imagery shows how editorial storytelling, direct shopping routes and a more confident visual system now work together.

Navigation and product organisation were restructured to help returning wholesale buyers move quickly while giving new customers enough context to buy with confidence.

Launch Strategy

Turning every new drop into a reason to return

The laptop, mobile and product imagery demonstrates how the experience holds together across different stages of the journey. Customers can discover the business, explore stock, understand buying options and complete a purchase on the device that suits them.

Shopify became the centre of a wider growth programme. Email campaigns announce new drops, discounts and availability, while SEO and paid activity help new buyers find the store. Each channel leads back to product and category pages designed to continue the message rather than restart it.

During the measured period, online revenue increased by 40%, purchases increased by 42% and website users increased by 28%.

The VWC needed more than a new look. The brand, store structure and ongoing acquisition channels had to make international wholesale buying feel simple.
