Growth Story

Building a vintage concession customers could recognise anywhere

WornWell began as an idea for a new vintage concession inside Primark. We helped shape the proposition from the ground up, developing the name and identity before carrying that visual language into the physical and digital customer experience.

The storefront, concession and outdoor imagery shows the brand operating in very different environments without losing recognition. Store graphics, signage, product storytelling and campaign creative were designed to feel bold enough for a busy retail setting while remaining flexible across locations.

Working alongside the interior team, we also considered how the brand would live around rails, walkways and customer movement.

Launch Strategy

Connecting store launches, campaigns and digital demand

The packaging, promotional and campaign imagery demonstrates how the WornWell system supports regular retail activity rather than a single launch. More than 150 creative assets have been produced across seasonal moments, store openings, product drops and social campaigns.

Digital channels build anticipation and show customers what is arriving in store, while the website provides locations, information and vintage inspiration. The creative continues into signage, bags, displays and promotional ideas inside each concession.

The social following grew from zero to more than 30,000 in its first year and has since passed 80,000 across a retail footprint of more than ten Primark locations.
