Tradepark
Growth Story

Creating a clearer route from property search to enquiry

Tradepark had expanded its portfolio across serviced offices and commercial property, but its original presentation no longer reflected the scale of the business. Individual locations needed their own character while customers still needed to understand the wider group and find a suitable space quickly.

We repositioned the main brand and created a Webflow experience structured around property discovery. The search, mobile and tablet imagery shows customers filtering the portfolio, comparing available spaces and moving into detailed property information without losing their place in the wider journey.

Clear location pages, practical calls to action and a scalable content structure turned the website from a digital brochure into a more useful sales tool.

Launch Strategy

Growing demand after the Webflow launch

The mobile property journeys and portfolio imagery show how the system adapts across different buildings and devices. Eight location brands retain their own character while benefiting from the recognition and structure of the Tradepark group.

The website became the centre of an ongoing acquisition programme spanning SEO, paid search, social and campaign creative. Each channel leads towards a relevant location or property page instead of sending every prospect through one generic enquiry route.

During the measured period, website users increased by more than 600%, enquiries increased by more than 400% and local campaign activity generated over 73,000 impressions.
