Turning a complex festival line-up into a clearer buying journey
Tribfest presents a large programme across artists, stages, timings and practical planning information. The previous website did not reflect the energy of the event or make that amount of content easy to navigate, particularly on mobile.
We refreshed the identity and built a colourful, mobile-first experience that makes acts easier to discover and ticket information easier to reach. The website, event and performance imagery shows how the new visual system carries the atmosphere of the festival without allowing decoration to overwhelm navigation.
Artist pages, line-up content and clear event routes help visitors move from recognition and curiosity towards a confident ticket decision.

Supporting ticket demand before the gates open
The line-up grids, mobile schedules and planning imagery demonstrate how the experience supports the questions festivalgoers ask before purchasing and attending. Visitors can explore who is playing, understand the scale of the weekend and plan more of their visit from one connected platform.
Act announcements, promotional graphics and playful CGI mascots create attention across social channels, then lead audiences back into a consistent festival and ticket experience.
This connected approach helped increase inbound website traffic to 2.4x its previous level, improve ticket conversion by 34% and extend the festival's reach to more than 150,000 people.

Every creative decision had to support clearer discovery, stronger anticipation and a confident route towards tickets.
